I wasn't sure what to expect but the couple of reviews I read suggested overall improved wellbeing and energy. It's difficult to fully know the effect because of Covid19 I'm not working so have more energy anyway I think. That said I genuinely felt an improved sense of energy and focus, in a natural way i.e. not 'buzzed' and more in balance. Defo would like to continue using if I can afford as i bought when on offer.
