While our London store will be closed over lockdown, our online shop will continue processing both domestic and international orders as usual, and our customer care team will be available to assist and advise. However, due to COVID-19, please note the following changes to our service:
- Domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 PM. Royal Mail has advised that their guaranteed delivery for this service will change to by 4 PM the next working day, and no signature is required upon delivery

- Our cut-off time for orders being dispatched the same day is 1 PM
- Customer care is available from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. Any assistance and advice you would have received in store will be available via phone or email from our team of CBD specialists, on +44 (0) 20 8354 9179 or via firstname.lastname@example.org
- From Thursday 5th November, we will be offering store collection for local customers. Pickup will be available from our Portobello Road shop from 11 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. Simply select the 'pickup' option at checkout, and remember to bring your order number or confirmation email along with you when you come to collect.
